Andrew Rodney began his career in banking and brings over 20 years of mortgage experience. After helping family and friends purchase their homes and witnessing the impact of poor advice, he was inspired to create a better mortgage experience built on honest guidance and personalized solutions.
His vision: creating financial stars. Andrew believes in empowering clients to make confident financial decisions while developing a team of driven, reliable professionals who learn, grow, and succeed together.
Rather than working alone, Andrew built a collaborative team where every client receives dedicated support from a mortgage professional, with every file reviewed by a team lead. This approach combines personal service with shared expertise to help clients achieve their homeownership and investment goals.
