How Nebulae Mortgages handles the information you send through this website.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, what you are looking to do, and anything you choose to tell us in the message box.
If you tick the updates box, we also record that you agreed to receive occasional mortgage updates. You can withdraw that at any time.
If you apply to join the team, we collect your name, phone number, email address, licence level and what you tell us about your experience, and use it only to consider your application.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, call you back, and help you with the mortgage you asked about. We do not use it for anything unrelated without asking you first.
Who sees it
The Nebulae Mortgages team, which operates under Questrade Mortgage. If you go on to apply, your file is shared with lenders and insurers only as needed for that application, with your consent.
Service providers that host this website and our email also process it on our behalf, under confidentiality. We never sell your information.
The full mortgage application opens on a separate secure site run by our application provider, which has its own privacy terms.
Website statistics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses cookies and records things like your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you view, not your name or contact details. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to help you, or as long as the law and our brokerage's record-keeping rules require. Then it is deleted or destroyed securely.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. We will tell you if a legal requirement means we must keep something.
